Indian Food - Indian Grilled Spiced Trout Recipe
Ingredients
4 fresh trout
5 ml/1 tsp ground turmeric
5 ml/1 tsp ground cumin
5 ml/1 tsp black pepper
60 ml/4 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
45 ml/3 tbsp mustard oil
5 ml/1 tsp salt
Method:
Clean the trout and pat dry. Mix together the remaining ingredients, coat the trout and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Grill the fish for about 10 minutes until tender then serve at once with plain rice.
