Remove cores and
slit skin of each apple around centre. Cut shallow
3cm hole in top of each apple. Combine remaining
ingredients in small bowl, Spoon mixture into apple
cavities.
Place apples in
large ovenproof dish; bake, covered in moderately
hot oven about 35 minutes or until apples are
tender. Serve with pan juices and Honey Fromage
Frais.
