Combine
strawberries, water and sugar in medium pan,
bring to boil; simmer, covered, 5 minutes or
until strawberries are soft. Blend or
process strawberry mixture until thick and
smooth.
Drain peaches,
reserve 1/2 cup (125ml) juice. Combine peaches,
brandy and reserved juice in bowl.
Toast waffles,
serve with peach mixture, yogurt and strawberry
sauce; sprinkle with nuts.
