Fruits Dessert Recipe - Tabbouleh
Ingredients

3/4 cup (185ml) bulgur (cracked
wheat)
-
1 1/2 bunches flat-leaf
parsley, finely chopped
-
1/2 bunch green onions, finely
chopped
-
1/2 cup (125ml) finely chopped
fresh mint
-
juice of 1 large lemon
-
4 to 5 tbsp (60 to 75ml) olive
oil
-
2 tomatoes, roughly chopped
-
salt and freshly ground black
pepper
Method:
-
Soak
bulgur in water to cover for 10 minutes or until all
water is absorbed.
-
Place bulgur in a salad bowl with parsley, green
onions and mint. Pour over lemon juice and oil.
Lightly toss with tomato and seasoning.
