Fruits Dessert Recipe - Pear Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb (225g) prosciutto, thinly sliced

  • 4 pears, peeled and sliced

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

  • 1 mango, peeled, seeded and sliced

  • Garnish cottage cheese


Method:

  1. Arrange slices of prosciutto and fruits alternately on a large serving platter or 4 individual plates. Serve with cottage cheese.
