Ingredients

1/2 lb (225g) prosciutto,
thinly sliced

4 pears, peeled and sliced

2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

1 mango, peeled, seeded and
sliced

Garnish cottage cheese
Method:

Arrange slices of prosciutto and fruits alternately
on a large serving platter or 4 individual plates.
Serve with cottage cheese.
