Squeeze juice from oranges and strain.

Sprinkle gelatine over 3 tbsp water. Leave for a few
minutes. Place container for gelatine in hot water.
Stir until dissolved. Combine with orange juice and
extra water. Blend in sweetener to taste.

Pour
mixture into a cake pan. Freeze until half-frozen.
Tip mixture into a bowl.

Bear
well to break down ice crystals. Place in
refrigerator.

Whisk egg whites until stiff. Fold into orange juice
mixture. Return mixture to freezer in cake pan.
Freeze until half frozen.

Turn
into a bowl again and bear to break down ice
crystals. Refreeze in pan. Beat once more if desired.
