Fruits Dessert Recipe - Lemon Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup (165ml) yogurt

• 1 tbsp (15ml) finely chopped parsley

• 1 tbsp (15ml) finely chopped chives

• 1 tbsp (15ml) finely chopped thyme or mint

• finely grated rind and juice of 1/2 lemon

• freshly ground black pepper

1. Combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar. Shake to mix well. Refrigerate until required.
