Finely grate orange rind. Remove flesh from
grapefruit, reserving skin . peel and segment
orange. Dice orange and grapefruit flesh.
Blend flesh with sugar, sherry and orange rind. Fill
grapefruit halves with mixture. Freeze until set.
Garnish with extra orange and grapefruit segments,
shredded peel, mint leaves and halved strawberries.
