Heat the oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry the
garlic and chili for 1 minutes, until the garlic
begins to turn brown.
Add the Mediterranean prawns and stir-fry for about
3-4 minutes, coating them well with the flavored
oil.
Add the Parsley, remove from the heat and serve four
prawns per person in heated bowls, with the flavored
oil spooned over them. Serve with lemon wedges for
squeezing and French bread to mop up the juices.
