Caramel-glazed Figs
Ingredients
Method:

To make the
caramel sauce, place the butter and sugar in a small
saucepan and stir over medium heat for 2-3 minutes,
or until the butter melts and the sugar dissolve.

Brush some of the
caramel sauce over the cut-side of the fig halves,
then grill the figs for 3-5 minutes, or until soft,
brushing with extra caramel sauce during cooking.
Serve with the remaining sauce and some ice cram or
thick cram, if desired.
Note: If you prefer a
runnier sauce, add a little cram to the caramel sauce
after basting the figs.
