Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 450g/1 lb icing sugar, sifted

Method:

  1. Using a fork, beat the egg whites in a bowl, whisk in the lemon juice, then add the icing sugar a little at a time, beating well.
