Chocolate Recipe-Creamy Chocolate Sauces

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125ml) chocolate milk powder

  • 1 cup (250ml) evaporated milk

  • 1 tbsp (15ml) golden syrup or corn syrup

  • 1/2 tsp (2ml) vanilla extract

  • 2 tsp (10ml) butter


Method:

  1. In a saucepan, combine chocolate milk powder with evaporated milk and syrup. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Simmer 5 minutes.

  2. Remove from hot, add vanilla and butter, and serve hot.
