Creamy Chocolate Sauces Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup (125ml) chocolate milk powder
1 cup (250ml) evaporated milk
1 tbsp (15ml) golden syrup or corn syrup
1/2 tsp (2ml) vanilla extract
2 tsp (10ml) butter
Method:
In a saucepan, combine chocolate milk powder with evaporated milk and syrup. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from hot, add vanilla and butter, and serve hot.
