Chocolate Desserts Recipe - Coffee Cups

Warm
milk in a pan, then sprinkle in semolina, coffee and
sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously and
still stirring, cook for a few more minutes until
mixture thickens.

Divide mixture between four 2/3 cup (165ml) molds
than have been rinsed in cold water. Leave to cool
and set.

Place all sauce ingredients in a pan. Stir over low
heat to dissolve sugar and then coil for a few
minutes, stirring continuously until sauce becomes
smooth and thick. Serve hot or cold, over turned-out
molds.
Note :
If you don't have suitable molds, tea cups will do
instead. A delicious way of jazzing up this pudding is
to stir 1 1/2 tbsp (20ml) of Tia Maria, Creme de Cocoa
or brandy into the sauce before pouring it over the
molds.
