Chocolate Recipe-Chocolate Mint Sauces

Ingredients

• 12 chocolate-covered

• peppermint wafers

• 1/2 cup (125ml) cream

Method:

1. Put peppermint wafers in small bowl over saucepan of boiling water. Allow chocolates to melt.

2. Stir and slowly add cream. Serve warm or cold over ice cream or fruit.
