6 oz (170g) dark or semisweet
baking chocolate, finely grated
4 scoops vanilla or coffee ice
cream
grated chocolate to garnish
Method:
Slice bananas very thinly and sprinkle with rum.
Whip cream until thick.
Remove 1/4 of the whipped cream and mix it with 1/2
the chocolate; reserve for decoration. Add bananas
and rum to remaining cream, and spoon mixture into 4
individual serving dishes.
Just
before serving, top each dish with a scoop of ice
cream. Pipe chocolate cream mixture around ice cream
and sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
