Dim Sum also known as "Yum Cha".  Dim sum are a series of  little snack, either steamed or fried and normally eaten at midday as a kind of brunch.

Many oriental fruits are available canned and may be served individually with ice cream or combined for a fruit salad. The most popular are lychees, longans, rambutan, mangosteen, mandarin quarters and jackfruit.
