Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts Recipe
Ingredients
6 oz (180g) can whole water chestnuts
3 tbsp (45ml) hoisin sauce
4-6 slices bacon
Method:
Drain and dry water chestnuts, Mix with hoisin sauce. Cut each bacon slice into strips long enough to wrap around each chestnut. Secure with toothpick.
Arrange on a foil-covered tray. Roast at 425F (220C) for 10-15 minutes until bacon is crisp.
