Chinese Recipe – Golden Fish in Apricot Sauce

Ingredients
- 600g whole fish (center bone removed)
For marinate:
- 1 tbsp Ground turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
For the Sauce:
- 6-8 pcs Dry apricot, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh kunyit, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon grass, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 1 tbsp red chilies, chopped
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp Fine salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Apricot jam
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- coriander, lemon slices and chilies for garnish
Serve 4-6
