Ingredients
- 8 medium Chinese dried mushrooms
- 225 g (1/2 lb) spinach or spring cabbage
- 100 g (1/4 lb) bamboo shoots
- 1.35 kg (3 lb) belly of pork
- 1.75 liters (3 1/2 Pints) water
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) salt
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) dry sherry
- 675 g (1 1/2 lb) noodles or spaghetti
Serve 4-6
