Chinese Recipes - Boiled Noodles in Meat Sauce with Eggs (Lu Mien) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 0.9-1.2 kg (2-2 1/2lb) belly of pork
  • 60-75 ml (4 tablespoons) soy sauce
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) sugar
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 125 ml (t Pint) stock
  • 900 g (2lb) noodles or spaghetti
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) corn flour blended in 105-120 ml (7-8 tablespoons) water
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) Chinese yellow wine or dry sherry

Serve 6-8
