Ingredients
- 1 medium broccoli
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 1 medium hard cabbage
- 1 red pepper
- 2 medium onions
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 medium turnip
- 6 radishes
- 4 dried chili peppers
- 6 cloves garlic
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) peppercorns
- 6 slices root ginger
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) salt
- 500 ml (1 pint) waterÂ
Serve 6-8
