- 3 medium green peppers
- 3 cakes dried bean curd
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) salt
- 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) sugar
- 7 ml (1 tablespoon) soy sauce
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) stock
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) sesame oil
Serve 4-6
