Ingredients

  • 225 g (1/2 lb) dried lotus nuts
  • 225 g (1/2 lb) candied lotus nuts cream
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) mixed glace fruit
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) sugar
  • 45-60 ml (3-4 tablespoons) cream
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) corn flour blended in 125 ml (1/4 pint) milk

Serve 4-6
