Ingredients
- 225 g (1/2 lb) dried lotus nuts
- 225 g (1/2 lb) candied lotus nuts cream
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) mixed glace fruit
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) sugar
- 45-60 ml (3-4 tablespoons) cream
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) corn flour blended in 125 ml (1/4 pint) milk
Serve 4-6
