Ingredients
- 10 firm, medium tomatoes
- 3 stalks spring onion
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) lard (use oil if not available)
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) sugar
- 7.5 ml (1 1/2 teaspoons) salt
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) soy sauce
Serve 6-8
