  • 550 g (1 1/4 lb) Chinese cabbage shrimps
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) vegetable oil
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) dried shrimp
  • 125 ml (1/4 pint) stock
  • 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) white bean-curd cheese
