Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 30ml/2 tbsp corn flour
  • 10ml/2 tsp salt
  • 1 crushed chicken stock
  • 60ml/4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 30ml/2 tbsp lard (use oil if not available)
  • 30ml/2 tbsp green peas
  • 15ml/1 tbsp chicken fat or use butter
  • 30ml/2 tbsp chopped ham

Serve 6
