Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 30ml/2 tbsp corn flour
- 10ml/2 tsp salt
- 1 crushed chicken stock
- 60ml/4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 30ml/2 tbsp lard (use oil if not available)
- 30ml/2 tbsp green peas
- 15ml/1 tbsp chicken fat or use butter
- 30ml/2 tbsp chopped ham
Serve 6
