Chinese Recipes - Quick-Fried Shredded Chicken with Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
- 100g/1/4lb chicken breast meat
- 5ml/1 tsp salt
- 22ml/1 1/2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 egg white
- 6 large Chinese dried mushrooms
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- 3 golden needles (tiger lily buds)
- 60ml/4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 30ml/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 chicken stock cube
- 22ml/1 1/2 tbsp dry sherry
- 15ml/1 tbsp chicken fat
- 7ml/1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Serve 6-8
