Slimster's Guacamole
Ingredients

1 cup low-fat cottage
cheese

1 medium-size
avocado, peeled and cut in chunks

1 tomato, peeled and
cut in chunks

2 Tbs. lemon juice

1 Tbs. French's
Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp. French's
Garlic Salt

1/8 tsp. French's
Cayenne Pepper

Caulitlowerets,
carrot sticks, celery sticks, green or red pepper
squares, green onions, cucumber sticks
Makes about 2 cups dip (about 300 calories per cup)
Method:

Combine cottage cheese, avocado, tomato, lemon juice,
Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic Salt, and Cayenne Pepper in
blender; blend until smooth. Serve as dip with
vegetables.
