Mushroom Liver Pate
Ingredients

2 Tbs. butter or margarine

2/3 cup chopped fresh mushrooms

1/3 cup chopped onion

2 cans (4 3/4-ounce) Underwood Liverwurst Spread

2 Tbs. brandy
-
2 tsps. dried chives
-
1/4 tsp. Ac'cent
flavor enhancer
Method:

Melt
butter in a skillet over medium low heat. Add mushrooms and onions;
sauté 10 minutes, until all moisture has evaporated.

Stir in
liverwurst spread, brandy, chives and flavor enhancer. Spoon into a
serving bowl. Chill. Serve cold with crackers.
