Appetizers Recipes - Mini Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbs. Bacardi Light Rum

  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce

  • 1 pressed garlic clove

  • 1 tsp. ground ginger

  • 1 lb. ground beef chuck


Method:

  1. Combine Bacardi Light Rum, soy sauce, 1 pressed garlic clove and ground ginger; blend.

  2. Add ground beef chuck. Blend well. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter.

  3. Bake at 300°F. 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. Serve with wooden picks.
