Ingredients
Method:

Combine Bacardi Light Rum, soy
sauce, 1 pressed garlic clove and ground ginger;
blend.

Add ground beef chuck. Blend
well. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter.

Bake at 300°F. 12 to 15 minutes,
turning once. Serve with wooden picks.
