Make-Ahead Ham and Mushroom Pate
Ingredients

1 Tbs. butter or
margarine
-
1/4 lb. coarsely chopped fresh mushrooms
-
2 4 1/2-oz. cans Underwood Deviled Ham
-
1 3-oz. package cream cheese, softened
-
1/4 tsp. ground thyme
-
Party bread slices
Makes
1 3/4 cups pate
Method:
-
Day before: Melt
butter in a skillet and sauté mushrooms over medium heat
until tender.

Combine Deviled Ham, cream cheese and
thyme; blend well. Stir in sautéed mushrooms.

Cover and
chill overnight. Serve on party bread slices.
