Appetizers Recipes - Liverwurst Spread

Ingredients

• 1 package/8 ounces liverwurst

• 4 slices bacon

• 1 tbsp snipped chives

• 1 tbsp Bacardi Dark Rum

• 3 tbsp butter/margarine, softened

Makes about 1 cup

Method:

1. Mash liverwurst with fork. Mix in 4 slices cooked crumbled bacon, snipped chives, Bacardi Dark Rum, softened butter or margarine.

2. Serve with melba toast or crisp crackers.
