Ingredients

• 1 package Italian Smoked Sausage

• 2 bag tortilla chips

• Monterey Jack or taco-flavored cheese

• Sour ('ream for garnish (optional)

Method:

1. Place thinly sliced Sausage on tortilla chips. Top with cheese and broil until cheese melts.

2. If desired, garnish with sour cream.
