Appetizers Recipes - Curry Party Mix

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter or margarine

• 1 1/4 tsps. seasoned salt

• 1 1/4 -2 tsps. curry powder

• 4 1/2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce

• 2 cups Corn Chex cereal

• 2 cups Rice Chex cereal

• 2 cups Wheat Chex cereal

• 2 cups Bran Chex cereal

• 1 cup chow mein noodles

• 1 cup golden raisins

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 250F. Heat butter in large shallow roasting pan (about 15 x 10 x 2 inches) in oven until melted. Remove.

2. Stir in seasonings. Add chex, noodles, and raisins. Mix until all pieces are coated.

3. Heat in oven 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper to cool.
