Appetizers Recipes - Crab Ball Hors D'Oeuvre Recipe
Ingredients
6-oz. package Crabmeat
8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 tsps. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 chopped pecans
Method:
Thaw and drain crabmeat. Blend softened cream cheese, chives, garlic powder and salt. Fold in crabmeat.
Shape into log or ball. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
