Appetizers Recipes - Corned Beef Funburgers

Ingredients

• 3 hamburger rolls, sliced, heated

• 1 4 1/2-oz. can Underwood Corned Beef Spread

• 3/4 tsp. horseradish

• 3 Tbs. chopped walnuts

• 3 green pepper rings

• 3 Tbs. drained crushed pineapple

Makes 3 sandwiches

Method:

1. Partially hollow top half of each roll. Combine corned beef spread and horseradish, spread on bottom half.

2. Sprinkle corned beef mixture with nuts, top with a pepper ring, fill ring with pineapple and cover with top half of roll.
