Chippy Cheese Ball
Ingredients

1 lb. sharp
Cheddar cheese,
grated

1/4 lb. Roquefort
cheese,
crumbled

1/2 lb. cream
cheese
-
2 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce
-
2 Tbs. grated
onion
-
1/4 tsp. cayenne
pepper
-
1 1/4 cups crushed
Lay's Brand Sour Cream & Onion Flavored Potato
Chips
Method:

Have
cheeses at room temperature. Blend well with mixer or pastry
blender.

Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper, and
1/4 cup of the
crushed Lay's Brand Sour Cream & Onion Flavored Potato Chips.

Shape
into ball
and roll in remaining chips until completely covered. Chill well.
Note: This
is an especially good
cheese
ball to make for your next party. Frito-Lay's test kitchen director
tells us it improves with chilling, so it's easy to make ahead and
store in your refrigerator or freezer. (If you place it in
the freezer be sure to defrost completely before serving.)
