Chili Quesadilla
Ingredients

2 10 to 12-inch
prepared flour
tortillas
-
1 15-oz. can Hormel
Chili (with beans
or no beans)
-
1 Tbs. chopped onion
-
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
-
2 tsp. green chilies, chopped
-
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
-
1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese, grated
-
Red onion rings
Method:
-
Bake tortillas in 350°F. oven 2 minutes per side.

Heat
Hormel@ Chili, adding onion, garlic powder, chilies.
Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over tortillas, then
spread thinly on chili mixture.
-
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese
on top, heat 8 minutes in 350°F oven.
-
Garnish with red
onion rings.
