Chicken Liver Dip
Ingredients
Makes about 1
1/3 cups
Method:

Cut chicken livers into small pieces. Melt
butter or margarine with 1 clove pressed or
minced garlic.

Sauté livers till cooked through. Remove
from heat. Stir in Bacardi Dark Rum. Cool.

Combine mixture in a blender with 1 package (8 ounces)
softened cream cheese, plain yogurt, salt, crumbled basil. Blend smooth. Salt and
pepper to taste.

Chill several hours. Serve with
crackers and/or raw vegetable pieces.
