Appetizers Recipes - Chicken and Asparagus Rarebit Recipe
Ingredients
1 10 3/4-oz. can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup water
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 5-oz can Chunk Chicken
Cooked asparagus spears
Toast
Makes about 2 1/2 cups, or 3 servings
Method:
In saucepan, combine soup, water and cheese. Heat until cheese melts; stir occasionally. Add chicken; heat.
Arrange asparagus on toast; pour chicken mixture over asparagus.
