Appetizers Recipes - Chicken and Asparagus Rarebit

Ingredients

  • 1 10 3/4-oz. can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 5-oz can Chunk Chicken

  • Cooked asparagus spears

  • Toast

Makes about 2 1/2 cups, or 3 servings


Method:

  1. In saucepan, combine soup, water and cheese. Heat until cheese melts; stir occasionally. Add chicken; heat.

  2. Arrange asparagus on toast; pour chicken mixture over asparagus.
