Ingredients

cup Sauterne or
other dry white wine
-
1 large clove garlic,
minced
-
1 lb. natural Swiss
cheese, cubed or shredded
-
1/4 cup flour
-
1 11-oz. can
Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
-
French or
Italian bread cubes
Makes about 4 cups
Method:

In saucepan or fondue pot, simmer wine and garlic.
Combine cheese and flour; gradually blend into wine.
Heat until cheese melts; stir often.

Blend in soup.
Heat, stirring until smooth. Spear bread with fork or
toothpick and dip into fondue.
