Beef Tacos
Ingredients

2 Tbs. Planters
Peanut Oil
-
1 lb. ground beef
-
1/2 cup chopped onion
-
1
medium clove garlic, minced
-
1 8-oz. can tomato
sauce
-
1 tsp. salt
-
Generous dash ground
black pepper
-
12 prepared
taco shells
-
Grated cheese Shredded
lettuce
Makes 12 servings
Method:

Heat Planters Peanut oil in skillet over medium-high
heat. Add ground beef and brown, stirring to break up
beef.
-
Add onion and garlic; continue cooking until onion
is tender. Mix in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Heat,
stirring occasionally.

Spoon beef mixture into prepared
taco shells. Top with cheese and lettuce. Serve hot.
