Alaska Shrimp Quiche
Ingredients
Method:

Thaw and drain Shrimp well. Beat together the eggs,
half-and-half and seasonings.

Place mushrooms and shrimp
in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Add egg
mixture and bake at 375°F. for 35 to 40 minutes or
until center is firm.

To prepare quiche ahead, bake 10
minutes less than directed; cool, then wrap and freeze.
When ready to use, unwrap and bake at 325°F. for 25
minutes.
Alternate
suggestions:
For a delicious Alaska Crab Quiche, substitute one 6-oz.
package Wakefield Alaska Crabmeat for the shrimp. Or,
in place of 1 cup half-andhalf, use 3/4 cup half-and-half
and 1/4 cup dry sherry.
